In 2025, the crayfish season at Savoy begins on 23 July and continues until the end of September. We serve Kainuu river crayfish in three different sizes, as well as large signal crayfish, all priced daily. Crayfish orders must be made at least 7 business days prior to your table reservation by email: savoy@savoyhelsinki.fi.
This year, you can also order boiled 10.5–11cm river crayfish from Savoy to enjoy at home. The minimum order is 20 pieces, and orders must be placed 7 business days in advance via our online store.
